About Alys Antiques
Alys Antiques specialises in FINE ART and GENUINE ANTIQUES, mainly of English and some of Continental and Asian origin. Although there are a few early 20th century items, most of the antique stock was made in 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, including furniture, rugs, ceramics including early porcelain, glass, pewter, silver and silver-plate, books and much much more. Paintings, Watercolours, Original Prints and Bronzes start with the “Classical Modern Movement” from the early 20th century.

β β β β β ?Went in to see if they do appraisals only to be ignored by the owner, admittedly she was with a customer but not even a hi be with you in a minute. So we waited & browsed items. When we tried to see a price tag on a dish we got the most rude "EXCUSE me can I help you" when we replied Yes you can we would like to see that dish please she said we'll I'm busy I can't do 2 things at once! I'm quite shore this woman has judge us as beneath her?... So I would judge that if you are of colour or perhaps not in your best town clothes you would get the same treatment βΌοΈ
