Reviews should allow negative stars. The only 5 star rating here is from the woman that runs the store, Tabitha Ward. I'm sure she does think she's 5 stars. EDITED 15/12/20*******In addition the below reviews from Kate Carter, 70jeremy07 sayers, Chris Perry, Zac Griffith, albert venter, Jo Lamont are all fake 5 star reviews, they are not customers. 3 of these boys are my ex-tenants that were not customers of Tabitha Ward. They merely begged her for a written statement of support when they destroyed my blinds, which I took to the tribunal and won, which is when I engaged Tabitha for a quote and got her unprofessional behaviour. The other 3 are probably friends of these boys. Check the dates of positive reviews, all within the same week. Pretty pathetic Tabitha. You'll do anything for a 5 star review including rating yourself 5 and begging 21 yr old boys who live with mum and dad for fake reviews. Who are all equally intelligent to post them all at the same time. You must have been super busy 7 x 5star reviews, all in cambridge in 1 week, all in a 20 yr old demographic. Outsatnding effort. Perhaps these 7 x 5star reviews can all post receipts of the work you carried out for blinds and curtains as evidence of real work carried out? Given that Tabitha will do anything for 5 star reviews, except a good job, I wouldn't put it past her to make up fake receipts for them to post on line. Watch out for further 5 star reviews from this, hard to believe any genuine 5 stars now ************ Made an appointment for a measure and a quote months ago for blinds. We scheduled for 2pm. As I pulled up to the property she was sat munching on a sandwich in her car. Full marks for multi tasking. As I got out of the car, said hello (first) and starting walking to unlock the front door to let us in, she started complaining about how long she'd been sat there waiting for me. I pulled my phone out, which all by now would have taken a few minutes anyway, it said 2.02pm. This woman obviously thinks paying customers are a huge inconvenience to her business, which presumably runs on fairy dust, as customers aren't her priority. She also seems to be completely devoid of the knowledge of the industry she is in, CUSTOMER service............. Waited MONTHS for a quote, called her, emailed, no response. Then she fobs me off to head to office in Auckland, without my knowledge or consent. Save your money for another company that deserves it, they aren't even competitively priced. But you sure get a whole lot of unprofessional attitude and incompetence for free though.

We recently purchased ready made curtains for a 1 year old farm house from Curtain Studio Cambridge. The cost was $2400 which included curtains, tracks and installation of the tracks. After showing the house plans with window measurements etc we were recommended 240cm drops. The installer came around just over a week ago to install the tracks and what a terrible job that was. The tracks were uneven and placed at different heights. The installer would have known the length of the curtains as he brought them with him, and would have had some sort of paper work. After sending photos through to Curtain Studio they organised the installer to come out yesterday with someone independent to fix the problem. All the tracks had to come down to be placed again at the correct height through out the house. I asked the installer how come this happened, why are they at different heights, not positioned straight and why did you not contact the shop to let them know that these curtains are too long for the height of the ceiling to the floor? He said he has only been on the job for 2 months and he did not know really what he was doing and was just going with what he thought could be right. We are happy that the tracks have now been positioned correctly, however, we have holes in the wall which are so noticable about 10 cm above the tracks that have been filled with white filler. This house is wallpaper throughout and is an off white colour!! I'm still waiting to hear back from the customer care person and I left a detailed voicemail yesterday afternoon. We are so unhappy!

Great customer service, if I could give 10 stars I would! The whole team here, especially Tabitha Ward, at curtain studio Cambridge are kind and have amazing customer service skills. Will happily recommend to anyone.

My experience with Carpet Court was top notch. Tabitha came to measure and quote and I was pleasantly surprised by both the quote and her efficiency and friendliness. The installer also did a fab job and was very obliging by moving furniture for me. As I then had more unexpected renevations , Tabitha offered to come and take the curtains down so as not to get covered in dust. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Tabitha gave us amazing service when we looked for custom made curtains for our lounge, dining and games room. Her level of experience and eye for detail provided us with curtains that complemented perfectly with wall colours and furnishings. While Covid got in the way of the delivery we still got prompt service for the install once they were made. Meanwhile we had a cottage on the farm that was vacated by an employee who left us with no window coverings. Once Tabitha heard this she volunteered and came and measured up and arranged for ready made curtains. This was beyond the level of service as measuring and quoting for ready made curtains is not a service offered by any curtain retailers. I would definitely recommend Tabitha as a consultant who has a flair for colours and has a down to earth accommodating attitude. Margaret, Cambridge

My experience with Cambridge Curtain Studio team was an absolute pleasure. The talented Tabitha and Kate were a huge help in navigating me through choices of colours, fabrics and fixtures! And of course the easy home visit advice and comparing of samples made me really comfortable and happy with our final choices! Would recommend them to anyone in the area who are on the hunt for beautiful & quality curtains!
