★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was excited to stumble across this home decor store in Howick however it’s missing the friendly local service of the neighbouring stores. I went especially out of my way to return to the store from the other side of town because the piece I was interested in was being replenished and the display piece was scratched. The staff member on the day I returned did not listen to me and was very abrupt. I felt really unwelcome and like I was been told off even for asking the price of a piece of furniture (which I never got the answer to). The service left me feeling bullied and wanting to get out of the store as quickly as possible. Instead of feeling great about a new purchase I regretted returning and left feeling low.
