β β β β β Quick and quality service, got a pair within 3 days and had Niti help find the reason as to why my left eye was so dry, where other eye doctors failed. Definitely recommend this business!

β β β β β I can't recommend this business enough. They managed to squeeze me in for an appointment test at their busiest times of the year β even more so after a lockdown! They're always super helpful and genuinely care about their customers. Frith even de-fogged my glasses for me with a special de-fogging product β who knew! Great for bespectacled mask-wearers everywhere.

β β β β β Recently as a bus driver I noticed my sight had changed but as we were in level 3 I thought I would need to wait until we got to level to get into an Optometrist for a check.
I was surprised when driving through Howick village to find this business open .
I told my employer of my problem and said I would take time off to get checked .
I was made very welcome by the staff as soon as I arrived and soon had me with the technician and soon told I had cataracts.
She immediately allayed my fear and tested my eyes .
We then went out to the shop area and was organised with frames.
I thought this would be a 3 week process so was very surprised when they told me 3 days.The service and friendly staff are amazing .
I am so pleased to be able to support local and have no hesitation in recommending this business to anybody requiring excellent eye care . Thanks so much team

β β β β β What a lovely, friendly team. Jonathan was very patient which I really appreciated. Fantastic service too - from testing to receiving new glasses was just 24hrs! Love my new specs and will definitely be back.

β β β β β I had an awesome experience with the lovely team at Howick village optometrist. From getting my eyes tested and checked to getting contacts and glasses fitted. The customer service experience was amazing!! They even ordered glasses in for me to try on and choose what I liked the best. I have now got really great glasses that I love and they also don't fog up with my mask on due to the fogless wipes I got. Highly recommend!!!
