No frills Korean hair salon, decent price for prompt service. I was serviced by Mi Young, who is nice and works fast. I was able to get a fresh cut within 45mins.

MiYoung made my hair look so beautiful I wish I could take her home with me. Highly recommended salon for all your beauty and pamper needs.

Crystal worked fast and was professional with my hair and gave me a nice result! Listened to what I wanted and was able to cut something similar to what I showed her! For my first hair cut, I was pleased ?

Pretty shocking experience I was very excited to go into this salon as I had seen the high ratings, however, I ended up very disappointed. I went in asking for a curtain bang style cut and some natural honey-blonde foils in my red hair. It started with me stuck sitting in my chair for a solid 20 minutes before the hairstylist even saw me. There were boxes and products on the floor and the salon looked very untidy and unorganised. When she finally saw me I tried to describe the cut and colour that I wanted, but she did not seem very interested in trying to understand what I wanted. After maybe two minutes of consultation, she started working on my hair. She began brushing and cutting my hair but was very rough and abrasive in her approach. She started cutting my hair right away, without wetting it down or anything. After that she started putting the foils in very carelessly, adding the colour at least an inch from my roots and using bleach instead of dye. After doing the foils she left them to sit for a while, before opening them and asking me if the colour was light enough. As I was sitting with the foils already in my hair, she informed me that they would be charging an extra $30 as I had longer hair. When she was washing my hair out she was very rough and used cold water. She then changed places with another staff member who began washing my hair before putting some product on my hair and leaving me to sit for 15 minutes while I could hear her texting behind me. After my hair was finally washed the two ladies started blowdrying my hair at the same time before straightening it...... The entire process felt rushed, to be honest. The next time I washed it at home I noticed my hair felt much more damaged and looked noticeably dryer and frizzier. I ended up with a cut that looked almost identical to what I went in with, and chunky, bleach-blonde highlights on the entire top half of my head, with the bottom half of my head untouched. DO NOT GO HERE. I ended up having to go somewhere else and paying another $200 just to get it fixed.....I wish I had just spent the money elsewhere.

Came here with no expectations. Very pleased with the results! Got a hair cut done by Crystal and she did a great job. Usually Im never 100% satisfied after a hair cut but this time I was. Will definitely be my go to in Wellington.

Absolutely love the result!! Crystal was my hair colourist/stylist, she was very kind, informative and just amazing at what she does. Highly recommend going to her! I recommend coming with a picture first to get a quote so they know exactly what you want and will give you an accurate price. Also don't be afraid to ask questions before, during and after the appointment so you know exactly what you are getting. I also recommend getting treatment because even after bleaching my hair twice it's very soft, silky and doesn't feel as damaged (of course after-care is very important). Overall great experience, got my hair coloured twice now and both times were great :).
