β β β β β Not a good place to get your eyebrows shaped. No proper customer service was delivered, poor communication. The wax was too hot and the tweezers were painful, especially when your skin gets pierced by it multiple times. I went home with red marks and tiny cuts around my brows, it stings. I visited yesterday around 4.30pm.

β β β β β I've tried a number of massage spas around Wellington and I'm afraid this was my worst experience. Some posts I've read said they couldn't get the deep tissue massage they wanted. Well I had the opposite experience. I left feeling very bruised and it's taken 4 days so far to feel comfortable enough to touch my back! I asked if she could lessen the pressure but then she increased it again. I've never had a massage where elbows were used 98% of the time. I've had a number of deep tissue massages but this was brutal and hindered more than helped. I do not recommend this spa and I'm not going back.

β β β β β We had the aromatherapy massage for our anniversary and it was phenomenal! The ladies made us feel so amazing and rejuvenated by the end of it. I would highly recommend everyone to try Sinta Day spa.
The staff was superb too and was thoughtful by checking that the pressure used was acceptable, my husband found himself falling asleep though it too ?

β β β β β I am a regular here, enjoying massages and their combination treatments when I have more time available. This is a really well run Spa with great staff who communicate well.
The treatments themselves are always very professionally delivered. I have had massages from many of the staff and never a poor one but a special mention to Tini who delivers a great massage, knows my aches and pains, and sorts them out consistently.
Unreservedly recommended.

β β β β β I had been to several spas for waxing and not very happy with the results. At one place wax was left on in several places and not cleaned off. Once I put my clothes back on it stuck everywhere. The lady who waxed me was very thorough and did a great job, and spent lots of time checking to ensure no wax was left. Great price also.

β β β β β Tbh I was expecting a nice relaxing massage instead the lady was having a wrestling match with me and punishing me with her elbows? I donβt know what I did to deserve such a beat down but that was no massage! She was trying to realign my spine? Iβm surprised she didnβt jump on me too. If I could give Zero stars I would!

β β β β β I often book massages at Sinta and always feel the aches have reduced after I've left (sore neck, lower back or hip). Key thing is to communicate as best you can what you want. After a long road trip I had a sore lower back and explained where I wanted more work done and they did. I've also found they increase or reduce pressure when you ask (they also ask if pressure is ok). I'll keep going back.
