★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous there is no one on call to collect dogs after hours. Second dog my irresponsible neighbour has got and it’s been barking for 3 hours it’s almost 1am keeping my 6month old baby awake. Yet no one to care or help the situation. Useless.
