I have booked my rabbit's vaccine back in December. After nearly four month's waiting, just a day before the appointment, they told us the booking has been canceled because the doctor won't be available the next day and the next available booking is Mid May ( Still a month and half to go).
How they can cancel the booking this easily, especially during in the COVID situation, it's really hard to book an appointment for the pet's vaccine.
Will never book with them again!!!

A great shop to bring the kids for a cheap ZOO visit cozz they got heaps of little critters in here as well az a wealth of knowledge about animals/pets and the products they stock.
I went in to find a new walking type harness for my Beautiful American staff x,and come across a very well mannered and knowledgeable male staff member that lead me to the right spot to look,
He was awesome and put me onto the right harness and his story supporting the strength and comfort of the harness was soo helpful that I had to see a pic of his beautiful red nose pitty x.
Great shop and a few free car parks close to the door..recommended based on my experience

A wild baby bird lost and came to my house last night, I didn't knew it's breed, I was trying to leave him in my backyard so that he can find his family. But he was following me and coming back to me. Then I tried to arrange a cage and some food for him. But he was not eating anything and injured himself in the cage. So I came to animates this morning for some solution. Then the nurses here met me and they found out his breed first which is "Common Starling" and suggested some food for him. He really loved this food and having it every hour ?? He looks like more happy now. I am trying to leave him for some time in my backyard but he's not going anywhere else, just coming back to me. I think he found a new family โค
