★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Anise at short notice to provide canapes for my daughters 21st we were hosting at home. Paul arrived and took care of everything - the food was superb. My only regret is that we didn't order more! We will definitely be using Anise Catering again for home functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Paul Duncan came from Auckland to our Hamilton home and provided us with a dining experience that we will never forget. It was a surprise event, he was discrete and it worked out perfectly. He provided us with an exceptional 7 course degustation menu which excited our taste buds and delighted our eyes. Every dish was of excellent quality and artistic presentation. Paul is an experienced chef who efficiently went about preparing fresh beautiful food in our kitchen which was then left clean and tidy. Paul is an engaging honest and reliable chef who takes pride in his work. Paul exceeded our expectations and we can strongly recommend him for home catering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Paul serve 12 of us for our 40th Anniversary family lunch at home. Scrumptious food, fresh and top quality served in style! The quantity was more than sufficient as we also had left overs for dinner which were transferred on to our platters before Paul packed up leaving the kitchen all clean. Vegan and dairy free requirements were well looked after and the cake was rich and delicious !! I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone and have him over for our next memorable gathering.

The food was divine, service was fantastic, it was like dining at a 5 star restaurant but more relaxing as we were at home. The dishes and kitchen were all cleaned. Would highly recommend Paul and his staff for an amazing evening.

He accommodated the vegetarian and special dietary needs of some of our family members. Thank you Paul for making our 50th such a special night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the pleasure of Paul and Georgia cater on Saturday night for my husband's 70th birthday. The food was exceptional and everyone enjoyed it.
They arrived on time and within 2 hours had served a delicious Ploughmans platter, and a sumptuous BBQ for 17 adults and 2 children. Paul cooked on our BBQ. All cutlery and plates were provided and the kitchen was left clean and tidy at the end.
We would highly recommend Anise catering for any celebration at home
and we hope to have them return sometime in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above Expectations! We had Paul, Mia and Vienna come to our home to serve a shared meal for 20 people for a 50th Birthday celebration. They arrived on time, completely prepared and organized. Set the table beautifully and then served our guests an amazing dinner. Super tasty, plenty of food and awesome presentation. They completed the evening by presenting and serving Cake and cheeseboards. When they left 4 hours later my kitchen was spotless - all cleared and clean. Highly professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and look forward to using them again
