Within 3 weeks of seeing John I had majorly improved mobility and could do the things I had been avoiding due to pain. John seriously knows his stuff and to top it off he's a really friendly guy. I would recommend him to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm generally a very active person but I had hurt my back over a year ago and it affected my sciatica. I had been to a chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncturist, I was taking Tramadol and even had an MRI to find out what was going on because I could barely walk any distance. Went to John and within six to eight weeks I was back to normal and am now doing yoga three times a week. Cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with their back.

He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our treatment programs be it for Gym injuries , sprained ankles or my scoliosis. John is gentle and realistic with the at home treatments he recommends. I would highly recommend for physio treatment.
