★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym, I spent a lot of time working out here but I found a cheaper gym.
The showers are high pressure and I didn't want to get out of the shower lol
You can get no term contracts, as in sign up and quit anytime you want, but with 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
There is nothing wrong with this gym and I'd still be going there but the cheaper option is what I ended up going with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very average, in my opinion poorly managed. Nothings done about the people that believe they're above wiping gear down or restacking weights after use. Alot of the equipment is poorly maintained with handels sliding off and feet rubbers missing. Iv emailed management about this, but clearly they aren't interested and dont reply.
Good location for us however which is the only reason we still go! 6 of my mates have left this gym due to the reasons above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave makes this place..always smiling and stopping to talk.. very encouraging and positive.. best personal trainer ever!!!.. rest of the staff are friendly but nothing to really set them apart and want to make you keep coming back... the original staff were the best.. friendly making you feel motivated and took the time to help and encouraged the need to keep coming back...
Great it's 24hrs.
Equipment and set up is awesome..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, kind staff. Encouraged me to use their free pass option as I’m in town only a few weeks but have back pain. Using their gym has made a great difference so I’ll use their casual membership now. Good range of equipment, stretching area, clean bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was discriminated, kicked out and denied from using this gym due to an unproven experimental medical procedure that I was unwilling to participate in. Disgusting treatment of their once loyal customer and they will blame it on everyone but themselves for applying such tactics.
