R	Renee Munn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new patient and when I first walked in I wasn’t even greeted and the receptionist was talking about her problems to her patient befor even acknowledging me and so I sat down let her continue her conversation. Then she talked to someone who came in after me so I just sat down and waited to be called and she didn’t call me so I walked up. She just passed me this form said “your new fill this out” and so I sat down and she’s did not smile or say “hello” such poor service skills then she says “god Renèe I’m trying to fill your form out” when I didn’t even say anything was unbelievably rude. Poor service skills and she looks so unhappy she should quit or be fired! For someone with bad and high anxiety with things she makes things so much worse. Will never ever go back and will tell everyone how rude this place is. The workers all look miserable. Apart from this one dentist named summer she was lovely, I really don’t wanna go back for my procedure but have no choice now. That receptionist needs to go.
M	Mathew Watene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctors but can’t get an appointment for a week. I spent 36 mins on hold just trying to get through to reception to make an appointment for my daughter only to be told none available until next week. So off to A&E to spend 3 hours waiting

I’ve been told several times that my appointment is one day, when I arrived they apologized as they had told me the wrong day to come in. Very unprofessional as it’s hard to schedule these appointments around work and other commitments.

When I tried to explain my problem he wasn't willing to hear what the problem actually was and just assumed he knew as he had apparently had it himself. Will be moving to another practice

I’ve had to cancel every appointment I’ve booked for the past couple months due to reception CONFIRMING with me the dates/times I ask and then later getting a text for my appointments being on days and times I can make it even though they say I can see my doctor the day and times I ask.
R	Rebecca Andrews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception consistently gives incorrect advice. Said they could do a blood test for the hospital without appointment over the phone. Show up for said test and am told they can't do it, staff couldn't even be polite about the stuff up. Had to reschedule my day due to the unexpected delays this created. They have also in the past given me incorrect prep advice for an iud insertion in the past resulting in a lot of pain and trauma. I used to tolerate the incompetent reception because I like my doctor but it's honestly not worth it. Go anywhere else.
P	Paulie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish to wait 2 weeks for an appointment then go ahead and use them. I for one find that a bad joke. Clearly they have too many patients and their service suffers BADLY from this. Reception need to do a course in customer service as they can be rather abrupt. Not the kind of place you need a bolshy reception person. In the end its all about money over service. Go find a real doctors surgery where old fashioned values still mean something.
