★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly & helpful staff, I’ve trained at many gyms overseas and this one has been planned well and stocked with all the right stuff (all new & in great condition), always clean and tidy, super handy location with parking, a little busy at peak times but otherwise lots of space - everything you need from a gym really!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from Sydney to Auckland for a few weeks and had a great time coming to this gym. All the staff super friendly and keep the place regularly tidy. Special thanks to Nups for being super friendly and accomodating. Would definitely come back here when I’m in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy gym, easy parking which is gated and works on your key fob. Unisex showers and toilets which are clean with good water pressure in the showers. Lockable lockers for bags. Small gym with newish equipment in tidy well kept condition nothing to heavy so keeps all the super heavy lifters out.. could do with a calf machine for the ladys but other then that a very good gym.
