What stood out the most was the marketing, their availability for private viewings and to talk things through. β β β β β MyΝ wife and I found Jeremy (supported by his wife Linda) a personable, well informed, well networked and conscientious advisor. He listened and made sure he understood our needs. He provided detailed background information so we better understood our target market and what we can expect, especially at a time when the market started to shift considerably. Jeremy provided regular updates during the whole sales process and we always knew where we stood. Overall it was a good experience to work with him.

Jeremy prepared a detailed schedule within the first couple of days. This allowed me to begin looking for my next property at the soonest opportunity. Jeremy was able to explain many variables to me in plain English and helped me front foot all emerging issues, particularly dealing with trades people, utility providers and neighbors (and Auckland Council god bless them). Jeremy communicated with my lawyer in a timely and professional manner. His associate Linda was also on hand, ensuring my questions and requests were all attended to quickly, 24/7. They knew instinctively when to email, when to text and when to call, something I valued tremendously being a shift-worker and a busy parent. I also appreciate the great lengths Jeremy went to in order to navigate level 4 lock-down restrictions, including virtual tours and well managed viewings. I researched 2 other companies and agents and I am confident I got the best value for my money from Jeremy and Harveys. He doesn't make any promises that aren't eventually delivered on. He has also committed to lending his experience and guidance to help me start looking for my next property all at no extra cost and obligation free. Mel and Glen were an obvious choice for us, they have a depth of knowledge of the West Auckland area combined with their impressive and skilled marketing campaigns we were confident we would get the results we wanted.
Glen was always there to listen and guide us and Mel was consistently providing us with updates and advice. In particular we were blown away by Mel's incredible job on the promotional video on our property. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, they understood the emotional aspect and stress of selling but leads us through it like true professionals.
