★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in this afternoon to inquire about my finances while I go overseas on holiday (I have previously done this and ANZ was very helpful with how I could access my money whilst on holiday in Asia) however the girl I spoke to today was very unhelpful but most importantly, was extremely rude; she made it very clear by the very emotive expressions on her face that she thought I was asking dumb/useless questions and didn't want to spare the time to have a conversation with me about the information I was after. I regret not making note of her name so I could bring it up with another staff member. Will be taking my queries to my normal ANZ branch as this was appalling customer service.
