★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional is the word to describe their service, they quote you less on the phone and upon arrival they would overcharge you.
Made a trip from papatoetoe to takanini just to get charged more than what agreed on the phone for a space saver. Totally dissapointed on their transparency and never returning. Save yourself the trouble and look for some other business who is truthfull and honest with their dealings.
The guy i was dealing with was hussain. The same situation happened in past but i got over it and thought
Of giving them a second chance but have learnt my lesson the hard way.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indian guy there was really rude, keeps asking me what quote i got from other places and then hits me with the price and hangs up after i say i will pass. Been a loyal customer there for a while i dont know who takes the call but keeps saying they wont refund and talks over me. I have no idea why they were being so rude while i kept civil. My shop will no longer order from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a quote on an engine on a trademe Listing, gave me a price and I accepted it and then called up to go ahead with the quote to only find out apparently one of the guys under quoted me because they can get a better export value. Bunch of time wasters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a friend's recommendation for second hand tyres, their so called mechanic broke the one of nuts on the wheel. Had to yell at them before they replaced whole part. Even then I had to replace the whole assembly again at the next tyre change. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
