★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car from this company and satisfied quaility of vehicles even though there are some minor issues.
Update - there was some miscommunication regarding refund deposit but all is now solved.
I have been using my Elgrand and i am happy with quality of the vehicle.

Bought a car in December 2018. By september 2019, I had spent over a 1000$.
Projector lights went off in February. Told not under warranty
The tyres were in pathetic condition. Got changed within 15000 km.
The battery used in the car was 10 years old and had to be replaced within 10 months.
On calling they say they dont remember any such complaint.
Please get some better dealer and save yourself the harrasment.
On asking the number for head office, I was told to find it on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car here and really regret it.
- I got a car inspection service done, so I thought I would be safe. The car had a ton of issues, including the transmission. So, I made it a condition of sale that the issues were repaired, but they never repaired the problems!
- What was really bad was that they said they fixed the transmission locking issue, but I think they just put some oil inside. It still locks up. It really needs a solenoid replacement, and that's going to cost me an extra $1,000.
- The dealer sold me the car with snow tires! I had no idea. No wonder I was slipping everywhere. It was really dangerous. I finally got them replaced when another garage noticed it and told me.
- They never explained to me that the "6 months warranty" dealer warranty only means that the dealer will fix on the warranty. That warranty will not pay to have the car fixed at a place I already know and use.
All in all, pretty horrible in my opinion. What a huge waste of several weekends. Would never buy from here, again.
Lessons I learned:
- Always use car inspection service or AA inspection.
- If there are issues, just don't buy the car, or be prepared to pay heaps to get it fixed elsewhere; you cannot trust the dealer.
- "Dealer warranty" only lets the dealer fix the issue. "Extended Warranty" is what you want; that's what pays for the 3rd party garage you trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst I can't fault the car we purchased, the service we received left a lot to be desired given they had plenty of advance warning that we were coming to the extent of picking us up at the bus stop at 10am we were still kept waiting three hours before they got plates for the vehicle and after telling me on the phone a couple of days earlier they would fill the car up with petrol, they only put about $15 in it just 1/4 full. Having said all that there is a six month dealer warranty on the car and we are happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a car and at the time, they said everything was working fine. The only thing they needed to do was to change the aircon gas. Within 2 -3 months we had to take the car back a few times because the aircon gas keeps running out and each time they said they've fixed it and everything is fine. We moved away from south Auckland and took our car for a full service only to find out that they lied about the aircon. It is broken and will cost about $2k to fix
