★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my brother in there to open a new business account for his new local company. He spoke with Sharne, who was not only rude and condescending, but told him that me, their Auckland business customer, "didn't know what I was talking about" and that they "don't just create business accounts for people in the branch" Needless to say he went down the road to another bank and sorted it straight away. Furthermore, I'll be moving our Auckland business banking to another bank. Disgusting, unprofessional service.
