Andrew Proudlock has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He is a qualified Carpenter, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. About 18 years ago Andrew realised he could offer clients a more cost effective solution to building projects using the latest construction techniques. He started his own construction company called AP Developments Ltd implementing these ideals, which has now changed its name to AP Construction Ltd to reflect its core construction activities including specialising in design and build. AP Construction is part of the AP Group which consists of AP Construction, AP Investments, AP Recyclers Ltd T/A Waikato Demolition, Hook Bins, and Concrete Cut Waikato.
The team has established relationships with the area's best tradespeople and businesses. It directly employs local, experienced, qualified trade teams and an extensive in-house selection of heavy ground-works equipment ensures the best pricing is passed on to clients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company. Staff park their company vehicle in private driveways. It is illegal to block a shared driveway. They are very rude when asked not to park here. Self entitled A-holes with no consideration for anyone but themselves. Have been late to work many times because of this staff member. Very difficult to get hold of the company office.
