After negotiating with potential purchasers Matt contacted us with an offer. This was more than what we were expecting. The professionalism of Apartment Specialits speaks for itself. Great work. Never sold anything as faat as our apartment. Highly recommended potential sellers to use them.

I really wasn't sure of what was required in purchasing a place and needed to ask a lot of questions to get there in the end, but Alastair was always available and happy to answer even my dumb questions. It made such a difference being able to be comfortable to ask what I needed and figure it all out.
Really happy with what I got, and Alastair made it a lot more painless than it could have been - helping keep me updated on places that came up that fit what I wanted, letting me know the processes for sorting the paperwork and inspections etc., and being available for anything while I was going through all the legal and bank side of things. Even when little issues came up outside of anyone's control, he kept me in the loop, clearly explained the options and helped resolve them, and with a good attitude too.
Honestly, thanks a ton.
