I've had a lot of extremely positive feedback from the staff here at MRCagney for organising the courses. Michael has a great energy about him in his courses and he successfully captures and maintains individuals attention throughout. The strength of Michael's courses are that he balance's well between the conceptual approaches and the practical; simultaneously applying his concepts in the course which helps to concretise them in the 'students' mind.

The actual half day training was enjoyed by all. Good pace and was able to cover the range of experiences well within our team. Great style, and am loving the email support provided for afterwards. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

It was a fantastic workshop that I highly recommend! The practical excel skills and tips have transformed the way I work. He is a charasmatic and knowledgeable facilitator, this was such a practical and enjoyable workshop, with so many golden nuggets. I learnt so practical and easy things that I can apply to my everyday work and the way I use Outlook. The great thing about Mike is he also provides ongoing support and follow up! Highly Recommend!
