★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heatpump installation warning- There was an issue when the guy installed it. Salesperson who came to my home assured me that there was space above the window when I queried the placement. The installer had an issue with the lintel. He tells me that he had spoken to salesperson many times about this. I am left with a compromised beam and no reply to my request for the installer to screw the remote to the wall. He forgot as he was late & then in a hurry to get to the next job.
