★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always pleasant with customers. However, staff sold my grandma a TV which could not connect to the Satellite dish after she requested one that had that function. I attempted to phone both Samsung and Noel leeming but nobody could resolve the issue for me on her behalf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmmmm. Bought a new (not flash) Samsung phone from here not so long ago to replace my older version. The salesperson and the price were great, however, the tech person suggested a transfer-of-data cost of $50.00. Really guys? The advertising suggests that that is part of the service?
For me, it was merely a courtesy request, so went home and did it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disappointed to this store, we purchased tv here a year ago with 3years tv damage protection, this year the tv was broken with my 2year old son, and we reported it to them right away, to claim the insurance, and we pay extra $200 excess as they instructed so they can replace the TV, but its a month now until now no TV replacement happened, we’re been calling them asking for updates but keeps telling us they will email us, or call us for updates, sorry we’re very sick of waiting for updates, its been a month that we don’t have TV. We purchased that tv damage protection to give us assurance and less worry, because we have toddler at home. But we fell it useless and give us a lot of stress waiting for there updates.
