★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful using this outfit. I paid up front for my sons fridge to be repaired ± $320 (that was the quote from Melvin). He came and installed parts, fridge stopped working after 1 DAY of this repair. Finally (after a lot of unanswered phone calls & texts) we were able to get him back, additional parts required apparently. We asked him to order these parts and get the repair done asap as 6 WEEKS had passed without a fridge. Yes 6 weeks.
8 weeks later still no joy from Appliance Tech. Fridge still not working and no parts to be seen. He totally took advantage of my young, naïve son which is why I stepped in to help. Obviously he is very good at something as hes managed to continue to avoid us.
Be careful, be VERY CAREFUL!

Several phone calls- never answered, and several text, have now given up and would
never use again. Not worth one star, but app doesn't have option for 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldnt give them 1 star as that implies they did something well. Poor service, poor communication, will not answer the phone or return calls, after weeks of persisting received a refund for a job that wasnt completed when it got to hard for them, the refund is being disputed and again the phones aren't being answered. Be very aware when using these guys that you might end up in the same position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this guys. Doesnt answer call, doesnt return messages. Have booked and paid for the job re: heat pump servicing but no follow ups at all as to when they will do it. Have tried calling, emailing, sending messages but no response whatsoever.
Update: Got a call from one of their indian staff (Melvin) the day after I made this review. He threatened me to delete this feedback in a quite intimidating and very unprofessional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If l could have given no stars I would have stay away from this outfit at all costs, He didn’t turn up then arrived late. The washing machine was fitted with non factory parts and as a result started smoking.
They don’t answer calls or texts. This is the last communication I sent... Never even got a reply, as follows;
To say that I am unimpressed is an understatement!
Because of your tardy workmenship and non existent customer care, you have given me no option but to purchase a new washing machine.
I do not intend to pay any invoice you submit. Should you wish to remove any parts you fitted to the washing machine in question, you have 7 days from today to contact me and make arrangements to do so. If not the machine and any parts fitted will be disposed of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them to fix my fridge. Technician came and played around only to have the fridge working for one day before packing in again. Tried contacting them again and has been very difficult. No one answers the phone and when there is an agreed time, no shows up! Bad service and am going to be advising friends and family to avoid. Appliance Tech how about you return the call or text.
Also paid in full and took two weeks for any response
