She said she'd told some other customer the same thing a little while ago. When i said but its valid up and including the date, she said it wasnt her problem. No customer focus from her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially good communication for a product ordered. It was delayed due to shipping supply constraints, as everything is presently. I was happy to wait for the product and was told its coming, but would be delayed further. A few weeks later I checked up again on its potential timing. However, I only received a cancellation email and no other correspondence or update - this is poor. Should have bought from Bunnings from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a chainsaw from here and the man gave me some good advice on the brand and size. He also put the blade on for me free of charge, instructed me how to start it, oil to use, and mixing bottle for it. Very impressed with the service! Regret not getting his name, older guy.

The first man I approached in the aisle wasn't willing or able to lift the product explain he had a back problem to which I said I was not prepared to lift and carry. Took a moment for the penny to drop that assistance was required

The whole team were fantastic. The girls in the office, Stephen and the neat guy who delivered it.
