★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hideously priced replacement parts (which you will need). Smug arrogant last century attitude re warranty. Low quality product that makes "Made in China" look good.
This is a cheap product that builders spec but the end user is trapped with on-going replenishment of expensive replacement parts as the cost of total replacement is considerable.
