★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wild poppies were excellent! I ordered some flowers in the morning and by the afternoon they were delivered. They were for a friend who had recently lost a family member so it was amazing these were delivered so quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company did not reply to two emails that I sent them regarding the quality of the cupcakes that were delivered to a new mum. I ordered a $200 hamper which included 4 peach cupcakes, the new mum sent me the photo of how they looked when they turned up. Definitely not worth the $200 I spent, but also so disappointing and embarrassing :-(
I emailed the company twice with feedback and received no response. Therefore have decided to post this review to warn others that what the photos appear like on their website, do not end up looking like that on arrival. I would not recommend anyone order from this company for the money you pay, with no customer service or response when you provide feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the receiving end of this service. My parents got me some beautiful tulips and cupcakes for my birthday delivered to me while I was in a MIQ hotel. They were ordered late the night before and delivered midday the next day. I just got back from a long holiday in Hawaii/New York, USA then had to spend my birthday by myself so these definitely cheered me up! They were just what I needed in my room and lasted my whole two week quarantine. The cupcakes were the best I've ever had too! Baked perfectly with rich flavours. Thanks so much, would highly recommend to anyone :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers online for my mothers birthday. Wild Poppies accidentally sent the wrong bunch to my mum. After a phone call, they managed to send ANOTHER bunch (the correct ones) on the same day to make up for the mistake. What a great company.
Can recommend and will gladly use again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered this lovely set of tulips and cupcakes the night before (from overseas) for my Mums Birthday as unfortunately due to last-minute changes to travel restrictions we couldn’t spend the day together.
Excellent quality flowers, delicious cakes and speedy same-day delivery (before lunchtime). I would certainly order again for any occasion if I needed to in the future.

There must be an issue with their system messaging for dispatching of orders but the order was received and looks fantastic. It’s hard when you are overseas and don’t know when orders are fulfilled. This was a good buy and the product was very good quality. Even had a protea in the mix how good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked to read some not so great experiences on here (donot be deterred) but it goes to show how customer focus WP is by the way they respond and their sympathy and drive to rectify any issues, and that to me is excellent customer service!
I have used Wild Poppies a couple of times since the pandemic..using both pickup and their delivery service and also was a grateful recipient many years ago as to how I knew about Wild Poppies and their beautiful flower arrangements and scrumptious cupcakes!! Recently been sending these beautiful gifts to our new mother's during pandemic but recently sent our friends an anniversary gift and they absolutely loved it and even got a few snaps of how beautiful it was received.
Loved how WP always keeps us in the loop from start to finish. Delivery was within 24hours of receiving the order so very efficient, and they offer same day service too.
This is my fourth time ordering every time has been amazing! Online ordering is super easy and so many beautiful gifts to choose from and add to, to suit your needs.
