★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Parcel picked up on the 11th of this month, all out ready for delivery on the 15th, Tracking Updated to delayed and that's how its been ever since. Twice we were told they have it there but they refuse to Update Tracking or Deliver Parcel. Trade Me Investigations will be Informed and have been in Contact with Police regarding this Parcel

Edit not likely as you broke my parcel after cleary squashing it and won't replace and I got blamed ! Discusting service ?

Been asked to switch to them from NZ Couriers! Yeah right this would never happen.
Takes them over 12days to delivery an item from AKL to Blenheim.
What Jokers!!!
YET ANOTHER GREAT SERVICE FROM ARAMEX!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Order sent on the 4th May and its the 11th May and still no delivery!! Absolute JOKE of a courier service!!! NOT sure why anyone uses this company! I'm beyond annoyed,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most useless courier company. Takes days to get an answer from them and they advise me item is delivered when it’s not. Don’t bother replying that you always look to improve your services like with other reviews. You have been saying that for the last few years, just lip service.
‘Updated’ since writing the above comment over 2 months ago another package took 21 day to arrive from Auckland, of course nothing has changed. Vendors please stop using this useless courier company, they clearly don’t care about customer service

I had a parcel delivered to my door, it cost $33.80 with signature. This didn't happen I found the parcel by accident on opening the front door. So Courier didn't follow instructions. I could hear the ceramic was broken just by picking it up.
1. No signature asked for.
2. Paid a pricy postage for a a very light product which was broken.
5. On the 4th calI I get the same answer, please ring in business hrs. All calls were within these hours. Last call at 1.30pm..no one answering -and you can't leave a message for them to contact you. Are you hiding?
Stillnot answering your phone at 4.43pm. Still says I'm ringing o/s business hours and clicks off, no ability to leave a message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company I have ever experienced, always with the Covid or under staffed excuse. Leave parcels in their warehouse undelivered for weeks. Will no longer shop at stores that use this drop dead excuse of a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier took 4 possibly 5 days to arrive from Christchurch. I really don't know as it was supposed to be signed for but was left in letterbox. Thankfully it was still there as it was a smart watch. You are paid for the service and you pay extra for the signed bit. Refund my money!!
