My contact number was on the delivery instructions but Aramex decided to just wait for me to chase my parcel rather than make contact when there was an issue with delivery. What ever happened to caring and customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the money to ship and never delivers...been waiting since beginning December still no delivery. Every excuse they can come up with but still no packages. If you can't handle the volume and employees leave then maybe you should think of your treatment of them and possibly increase their pay to keep them working!! Not sure what the issue is but all I get from your clerks is they all quit!! Whatever the reason I feel ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had 2 parcels marked as "delayed" for nearly a week now, they have been out for delivery for over 2 weeks at this point. In that time I've managed to receive 4 deliveries from NZ post all send after Aramex. I try to call the depot and get an automated answering machine that just disconnects me after about 30 seconds. I've sent emails and tried so many ways to contact them but I've got nothing. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this courier service. They have taken almost a month to deliver a parcel from akl to whangarei district and yet to receive. This is the worst courier ive used and ive experienced some bad ones.asan up update:after waiting 6 weeks gor this parcel
it was finally delivered AND. 2 weeks AFTER delivery i got feedback from aramex who said the following
Aramex response-
It appears that this item has not been located/received by the delivery region and we are now conducting our final checks. In the meantime, you will now need to contact your supplier to go through replacement or reimbursement options and we will notify your supplier with the options and we will notify your supplier with the final outcome of this investigation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracked parcel not scanned so tracking number came back with delayed result. Parcel ended up stuck at a depot for a week with no attempt to advise me of arrival. Depot only open one hour on weekdays or rather whenever the driver gets there to open, unacceptable service, wont buy from anyone using this courier company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A company I ordered from made the error of judgement using this company to deliver my parcel. The driver delivered it to the wrong house. when I managed to get through to the office, the person I talked to was helpful enough. But the when the driver turned up, he told me that he had delivered it to a house just down the street, and that they weren't home Told me it would be faster if I just went and got it myself. Not enough drivers. Poor record and handling system at the depot. I blame managment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Waiting for them to collect a parcel from my address for a “book a courier” it’s been 2 weeks and they havnt collected! I’ve sent emails and have rang them so many times and they don’t answer their frikin phones!! Not once!! $30 shipping down the drain! Not fair for the person who brought the package and shipping too!! I’d only recommend NZ post as they’re the most reliable. Aramex is completely useless. Have had other issues with them in past also from different addresses.
