★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for an important item to be delivered to Paihia, almost a week overdue from their 'promise' and very little contact from this company. Very disappointed as we paid a premium to get this item from Dunedin and have been let down by this company. Perhaps try Mainfreight or a smaller local delivery firm, don't waste your money or time with these amateurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend using this courier. Still waiting for item ordered from Supplier in Auckland and now a week still hasn't arrived. It took PBT 4 days to move from Supplier in Auckland to their depot in Auckland. When I rang they were hopeless. Had no idea. Tracking data was not entered correctly said they would ring me and update 4 days later nothing. Do not use them. Better to use a reliable courier where you get it the next day or day after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ still waiting for a reply rang twice last week said would be delivered that day had been in whangarei the day before didnt arrive rang goes to auckland office still waiting for reply and delivery not impressed at all ended up going to the pick up and collecting myself apparently new driver didnt re scan to deliver not sure of area,well surley they have a gps or trained
