★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have lost parcels that I have personally dropped off to the depot & then denied even receiving them :( The lady at the front counter has no PR skills at all & a slight attitude after a call on the phone, to say that,their courier driver picked up some parcels that were for another courier company and that I needed to come and collect them, which was fine but I did point out that in actual fact Idid separate them from there ones... She then said it is not there job to check if they we're all for aramex or not... I stated that I will be using another courier company from now on, she Stated WHATEVER! So no will not use invercargill aramex couriers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 days saying it is still at the depot, item sent from same town I am, Doesn't have a option to update saying with courier, Come on 3 days in the same town is a joke and still waiting for my item to be dropped off, Have found out they lost the item new update today may 31th, useless just useless outfit, Think one of your workers just of just stuck in it their own pocket and kept my item, How can you lose a item from the seller putting it in your vans and then losing it from your depot in the same town, Even asked if I have got it yet when they called, what a insult when they no for a fact it was their mistake, Never had a issue when they was fastways, Now it is a company they should be ashamed of

But even more importantly, Lynda at Aramax Southland excels at customer service. For any query, she will go the extra mile to come up with more than one solution that might work for you. On the very, very odd occasion that something goes wrong with the delivery, it's never a problem to resolve it as quickly as possible. Why would you go anywhere else?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no service at all. trying to sent a parcel. System does not work and lady on the phone at Invercargill branch just brushes it off that it is too late for sending today anyway. Try tomorrow!?! No help at all and I we are a regular customer. Drivers are nice, but service on the phone and helpful: no.
