Example to clarify, correct address given and they couldn't deliver because it's business address with note fail to deliver.
What a hack, so my parcel will never be delivered because it belongs to business .
Absolute disappointment useless

Our courier driver Hana is awesome, she helped us set up the online courier booking service which is excellent. Couldn't recommend a courier company more, the absolute best around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service. The parcel was sent to the incorrect address even though it was addressed correctly, it then sat on someones desk for a couple of days with no followup or action to get it to the client. It has now been sent to another address that has not even been authorised. I must say that I am so disappointed with this service. Such as shame as I deal with Aramex a lot with other depots around the country with no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised to see the negative feedback on here as I have items coming from USA often and usually have it at my door in less than a week, from Auckland next day. But with some of the other companies parcels can take 2 to 3 weeks from the south island or even had 6 days for PBT to get an item from one side of the city to the other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Aramex sent package back to Australia, didn’t leave anything in the letter box to say they couldn’t deliver and for me to contact? . Courier driver said house was under construction. Neighbours house being built and my house is next to the building site! Didn’t bother looking down the shared driveway! Aramex, tell your drivers to leave something in the letter box if they can’t deliver a package!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On sunday having sold an item on Trade Me I used the Trade Me system to book a courier, I selected Aramex and paid for a large bag to be provided to enable the goods to be sent to Nelson after collectioj on the Tuesday. There was no collection on the Tuesday. On the Wednesday I complained by telephone to Aramex who said they were training a new driver who failed to collect the goods. Late on Wednesday a driver arrived but did not have a bag and said he would take it to the depoy and wrap it up with tape. I am impressed ? Would anyone be impressed ? No Stars deserved but this would not post without a star.
