★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience - i shipped 2 big containers from England to nz, firstly they took 4 weeks longer than expected to arrive, then I got stung a ridiculous amount for additional cleaning upon arrival, then I noticed the ute and trailer was damage during shipping, then they wouldn’t accept responsibility for the damages so I’m having to pay for the repairs myself - overall experience... NIGHTMARE!
