★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graham has made moving to Aramex a breeze. We use to post with someone else and had a lot of problems. Now if anything happens I know it will be sorted. We have had James as our Courier driver for a little over a month and he has been fantastic. Always on time and if I've done a parcel after he has already been hes come back for them even though its not expected! Couldn't be happier with the service he has provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still haven't received my parcel, have emailed them and had no reply back, tried again to email them and can't due to their site only allowing you one email per enquiry. Ridiculous!!!! No 0800 number to ask a simple question as to where is my parcel and why it hasn't moved on the tracking site in the past 2 days. I understand shortages in the workforce due to covid but a simple return email would go along way in regards to customer service and bad reviews. Do not recommend this service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked and paid for a courier to collect 3 parcels online via trade me for collection (between 8am - 5pm). The courier never turned up and logged the parcel as not available (at 6.15am, according to their track and trace info). I have been emailing them for 10 days and still the parcels have not been collected. This has happened before but never this bad. Very poor service.
