Delays
- As a result of aircraft engineering issues, there are delays to some parcels sent by courier between the North and South Islands yesterday in both directions.
Delays to Mail Items:
- Due to precautionary maintenance on some of our electric mail buggies, delays of up to 2 days are expected for mail items across the country. These delays only impact mail delivered through our Paxster fleet – not Courier or Rural items.
- As our posties continue to deliver mail with a reduced fleet and through other means of transport, there is a small backlog forming. This will clear once the Paxsters are back up and running.
Delays to Parcels:
- We are experiencing delays of up to 2 days with parcel deliveries across much of the North Island, excluding Central and East Auckland, Palmerston North and Wellington, and up to 3 days in the Waikato/Hamilton area as a result of ongoing high levels of absenteeism due to illness.
- We are experiencing delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days across much of the South Island, excluding Nelson, Blenheim, Timaru and Ashburton.
We’re working hard to get all items to their destinations safely but apologise for the inconvenience caused by these delays.

I use their Kiwibank service several times each week and find them fast, efficient, and helpful.
Considering some of the morons I've seen the staff dealing with, I have to say they do a great job.
Once one comes to realise the type of abusive customers they must deal with, one begins to understand why they're somewhat reserved in their interaction with the great unwashed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty this place has the rudest customer service I have ever come across. Their western union services are by far the most shocking throughout the entire country with so many changes in policy's nearly every week and a lot of people let down. Staff from Palmerston North have said that on a regular Wanganui residents travel all the way to Palmerston mainly on weekends to do western union because it's so much easier. I wouldn't recommend this place at all for Service. Especially when it's the only western Union available on weekends in Wanganui & people travel upto 45 minutes to Trafalgar Square only to be let down In an arrogant manner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost!! Disfunctional lady with power & control issues charges more money for motor vehicle Registrations than other postshops. Don't post anything there. They do nothing with it. Hence, parcels sit there for a day. Consequently, your parcels take an extra day longer! Why don't these Staff fulfill their job descriptions instead of be dismissive. -7☆ minus seven Stars!!

They found me bubble wrap to wrap my parcel, as it was fragile and sold me the geat option available.
$9.00 to send parcel down South with tracking, peace of mind and they supplied the box, cheap as chips.
Amazing service, a well deserved 5 stars.
