★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Arranged hedge quote with Tendo mid November 2021. He told me he'd sent quote through. Quote not received. I gave another email address in case that was the issue. I tried numerous times but never heard another word from him since. Wasted several days waiting when I would've happily got another quote if he had advised that he didnt want to do the job for any reason.
