★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All satisfactory and as expected however be aware that if you are not going to be able to return your truck by 5.00 the rules dictate that you then have until 7.30 the following morning to return it to the yard and pay another half day of fees. Why? I can't figure out why they need to charge this much but that's it.
Further, make sure you check your revised invoice because I picked up that they charged me 2 full days of insurances etc instead of 1.5 I got a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome rental company to deal with. We rented a 45m2 furniture truck to move some family to the Manawatu. On pickup the lovely lady at the counter explained everything clearly with us and made sure we were happy with the truck before finalising the paperwork. The same experience on return as the dropoff was quick and easy. Great price as the cost was less than half of the cheapest quotes i could get from moving companies. I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a 3ton truck from here to move houses. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Truck was clean and in good running condition with tail lift which made getting things into the truck very easy. Would definately rent from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we dropped the truck off, the person working was the rudest person I have ever met! Spoke to us like absolute garbage all because the fuel wasn't well past the "full" line. (Despite the fuel handle clicking when it finished when we initially filled up. He demanded us to go back up to the gas station and fill it again "until it was overflowing"??? When we did that, we only put an extra $5 in it until it overflowed. Seriously, what a joke and waste of my time. To top it off, the truck window seals were worn and leaking the whole time since it was raining heavily. Furniture also got soaked in the back. Won't be back here again. Expensive price for absolute garbage vehicles and staff need training on basic human interactions.
