★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Armstrong, not expected at all! Sent my jeep there for some repair and when went to pick it up found a huge crack on my windscreen which wasnt there before. They refused to take responsibity for it eventhough the car was there under their responsibility! They said might be crack from the sun which there is no proof for it, so im really dissapointed that i sent my car to Armstrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a used E200 and I was treated like i had bought a brand new car. Coming from an ex car salesman these guys know exactly what customer service and having relationship with their customers means. On top of this I noticed a rattle in my mirror as i was driving it home and it was sorted immediately I am extremely impressed.
Shaun Grob is a fantastic salesman and I would highly recommend dealing with him for your next mercedes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by Gemma, Jeremy, and the service department throughout my experience as a customer. I had the car picked up to be taken in for repairs and the pickup team called to say they could bring the car in an hour early. The department communicated throughout the day, listened to my descriptions of problems so they could pinpoint issues, and made suggestions for scheduled maintenance. They took extra care to get the car back to me by the time I needed it, too. I won't hesitate to take the car back to this team if other issues come up. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 2 vehicles recalled. The experience was hassle free when dealing with Armstrong Prestige. First vehicle passed, the second vehicle needed to be towed to dealership. The vehicle was picked up in the afternoon and delivered back the following morning. Jeremy Duffy and Susan were awesome and made the experience hassle free. Jeremy's communication and keeping me up to date the whole time was brilliant. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My GL Mercedes was subject to the recall for brake booster check. One quick email to Armstrong's, and I was rung right back, the vehicle was collected from my home ( 160km away ) at their cost, inspected the next day, and ready for me to collect. I was travelling to CHCH for an other event, and Armstrong's kindly offered to let me leave the GL on their forecourt, safe under camera protection, until I was ready to collect on Sunday. All this, at no cost to me ! Top notch aftersales service - highly impressed and would recommend to all.
