★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Bayleys Property Management. From day one of thinking of renting our house out they have been very professional. Becky has been amazing to deal with. She was fantastic at finding us the perfect tenant. She is excellent with her communication and very helpful. I can highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if I just got unlucky, considering all the positive responses I've been reading, but Amy MacGregor has been the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. The only time she has been fast to respond to me was when she thought my rent was late, and then when I pointed out to her that it states on my contract that I pay rent on certain days of the week, she went back to slow responses. Then there is the issues with internet connection: I have brought up to her several times that I am literally unable to study at home because the connection is so poor, despite a stable connection being a part of my contract. This actually started over level 4 lockdown, where I was unable to physically go somewhere else to study (not that I should have to), and continued to this day; she has not been communicating about what is being done to fix this, nor does she return my calls. Finally, she's sent everyone a notice to terminate tenancy, but she sent me documents meant for another tenant, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. The rest of the staff members might be fine but dealing with Amy has greatly tainted my overall view of the company.

Without fail Jess is quick to respond to my queries and tenacious in her pursuit of all things property related. I know that after speaking with Jess things are in hand, and I no longer have to worry. Whilst being pragmatic Jess will always go the extra mile for both clients and tenants. I appreciate her sense of humour and her willingness to chase me when I may have forgotten to reply to her queries. It has been a pleasure getting to know Jess, she is a highly regarded member of the Bayley’s team and an asset to their business and mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for the rental property and my property manager was Anna Hawker. I and my husband are just 500% happy with her. We highly recommend Bayleys and Anna to every one. The whole process of Bayley from the beginning to the fianl steps is very easy, professional and fast and especially, Anna was just the best property manager we've ever met. She is very helpful and considerate to tenants, easy to contact with no late respond and even very friendly as well. Although, we could not go longer with the contract for some reasons, we still definitely want to use Bayley again and also meet Anna as my property manager again if there is any future chance:)

She kept me updated with all aspects of the process and had my personal interest above all. I look forward to an on going relationship with Hannah and Bayley's Property Management group. She is excellent with her communication and was very helpful. Bayleys have been excellent and efficient throughout, therefore made the process less stressful. I would highly recommend Bayley property management. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bayleys, I am giving 5 stars out of 5 to you and your two lovely ladies I was dealing with. I moved into one of your managed homes a week ago and Jess Carter and Molly Andrews were the two ladies in question. I had two experiences with Molly, the first time she was showing a lovely home which I did not get and again this time, where I was the lucky one and got it! She was most professional, friendly, helpful, informative and an absolute delight to talk to.
Jess took over when I was offered the house and straight away got the ball rolling, by explaining everything to me, providing me with the paperwork, and making sure I had a seemless move. She was extremely professional, quick to sort out the little things in the house that needed to be done, and without any delays - absolutely on point. Everything just happened so fast and so professionally! She made me feel very welcome and I can honestly say I have never had such a good experience with any real estate company ever before. Bayleys is the best! I can highly recommend you. You really care! I am so happy - thank you Jess, Molly and Bayleys for your kind approach and your professional touch!
