Volvo question my regular service provider, disrespected their nation wide reputation & refuted their evidence despite correct documentation & practices.
Volvo couldn't provided any documentation & values for a simple but valuable compression test they performed to counter the previous service providers test.
Volvo spent 2hours to check the oil level then let me take the car home with it on low & without testing an oil sample nor topping it up!
Volvo now are claiming having to top the oil up after 1,000kms is normal & within specification.
The mechanical warranty provider have approved the claim from my regular provider and are appalled at Volvo's Business practice & attitude.
I am seeking an apology from Volvo to my regular service provider & a full refund of the money they have charged me to this point.
Do everything you can to avoid using "prestige" Volvo. New car buyer's buy your Volvo from Auckland or Christchurch
