★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked if they can do a very simple software update. Assured me they have done it before and would 'sort it out'. Ignored my information and proceeded to do their own 'diagnosis' . Unable to complete task due to not following instructions, handed back with no result and car driving worse. offered no resolution. I was told they washed my car for me. Sent a txt message to leave feedback, feedback system didn't work. Sent email to lodge feedback. No reply. I gave them every opportunity to respond. Most expensive car wash ever. I was charged $500. Recommend going here if you don't care about your car.
