★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff got our order wrong, and just laughed it off . The meal was cold. Had to ask 3 times for a high chair. Staff didn’t wear masks. This place used to be amazing it’s sad it’s gone down hill

Had to repeat my order 3 times, one meal came out then waited for the other 2 meals for 5 mins, didn’t receive cutlery , when the second meals arrived they were wrong, kids meal was cold, with wrong eggs I only received sides no eggs then got replacement eggs but my bacon was cold and like cardboard as was the child’s meal, the staff laughed it off, they were more attentive and interested in their friends that were seated around us had to ask 3 times for a high chair.
This was a great place that we use to use weekly but will definitely not be returning
