I would highly recommend this medical centre to do any medical procedure. The doctors and nurses are extremely skilled and patient. The procedure I had done was painless and effective, compared to what I've experienced elsewhere for the same procedure. Thank you for making me feel at ease from the beginning to the end.

Dr Balwin Jassal has absolutely no empathy for his patients, and has no manners. Basically he's not bothered as he has other patients in line to review. His diagnosis is all over the place and is least interested in your issues. Something need's to change. Not a good look for this medical center overall. Otherwise staff are friendly and no other issues. My perception has changed based on 1 doctor. Please review the guy before someone actually complaints.

I was feeling very nervous about my visit. I was greeted by warm and friendly staff on reception which helped put me at ease. I found Dr Balwin Jassal easy to talk to and after a thorough examination, he was able to diagnose my skin condition and treat it immediately! He gave me information to read, wrote down the name of my condition and also a reputable website for further information. He followed up with an email regarding the surgery's services for skin treatment etc. I left the surgery feeling very happy and very well informed! Top Mark's for care and professionalism!!

I booked for the skin cancer clinic and Dr. Jassal was very knowledgeable, professional, and took great care. He explained everything quite clearly for me. I appreciated him suggesting what day I should get the biopsy as it was on my hand and might put me off work. Overall I think it was worth the money.

We had a very bad experience with this medical centre. We went to the GP for skin rashes and my wife is pregnant lady. She did explain all the problem to the GP and she wants to find out if the rashes caused by rubella or not. GP said it may be heat rashes but GP wants to do the blood test to rule out the problem . My wife also has very good knowledge about medical system and she knew what test needs to be done . But GP forgot to include the rubella test in the prescription as we figured out in the blood test centre . We called the medical centre and asked for adding this test but they said They will come back to us as we waited for 30 min , we did also send an email clearly indicating the problem , no response. I called again and person in the reception said ‘There is no process here where we can contact GP directly and GP is fully booked and we don’t know when he is going to respond’. I started arguing saying that we need this info as we are in the blood test centre already , I said if you don’t respond in 20 min and then will come your clinic and you need to face the consequences because you don’t care about the patient who visited your clinic Then they immediately dispatched the prescription after I argued. We did a blood test but again prescription has missing information from GP , they didn’t seem to include the appropriate information as per ministry process and they didn’t perform the test as indicated in the blood test result . We know bit of medical system and we are going back and forth to the clinic to do the right test . They don’t know what needs to be done even for simple rubella test as per ministry . Now it is weekend and we are just waiting for their response what to do next . It is stressing us . We are not making here as big issue Mistake can happen but keeps on happening. If it is happen for the above situation who don’t know about the medical test, they would not be able to figure out that prescription has a mistake . May ended up suffering for the problem in the long run . I see lot of good reviews here . There may be good doctor in the clinic but our experience is so poor with them and we don’t recommend this clinic. I am still waiting for the response from the clinic. I will also raise an complaint to health centre , ministry and consumer health. People think may be simple issue but this is not a simple issue for pregnant lady ?.

Can't recommend Northpoint Medical and the team enough. For years I have been looking for a good GP for my health and really appreciate the thorough care from the medical staff. The reception staff were also very professional and ensured I was well informed of the processes and procedures. If you're looking for a medical centre, can't recommend another better!

I’ve had the best experience with Dominique. She’s been my nurse for a year now, her infectious happiness makes it impossible to leave without a smile on your face. She always went above and beyond, remembered every conversation we had that wasn’t about health and made me feel valued rather than just another number. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great first appointment with Dr Wang today. The receptionists were helpful and friendly in person and over the phone. The appointment was on time, and Dr Wang was very pleasant to talk to. He took time to ask me questions about my health to get a better grasp of what I needed help with. The building is also very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Northpoint and Dr Wang, and look forward to my future appointments.
