β β β β β Amazing as always. Very fast service from order to delivery to table. anything you order it seems very authentic just like you'd get it streets of Thailand. Fried Check good, Crispy pork good, Roti good, any Fried Rice good, Pad Thai very good. You must try if you are in Commercial Bay or Commerce street in Auckland CBD

β β β β β Used to be the super fan since I worked in Wellington back to 2012, then 5 years ago moved to Auckland and so happy my office is just 5 mins to this Aroy store. I almost go there at least 3 times a week for my lunch. Unfortunately, after lockdown, things changed a lot. Price went up few times (totally understandable), but same time the portion of meal has been reduced a lot as well as the side salads are no longer provided. SO if you spend $18-$20, you can't get full right now. Working in Finance industry for 20 years, wondering how much money the owner can save for that little cabbage salad.

β β β β β Aroy is usually really good and ive ordered from them many times but just fair warning, if you want medium spicy go for mild because their medium is full on chilli red... i couldnt eat it and wasted my money.

β β β β β Good portions for the price. Establishment is spacious, clean and airy. Featured below: curry puffs, prawn spring rolls, roti with peanut sauce, chicken cashew nuts, yellow curry with chicken and pad Thai with tofu (minus the bean sprouts). Don't judge alright I'm not a fan of bean sprouts. Recently had the Tom Yum fried rice with tofu and I have to say I think this is a new favourite. The Tom Yum flavour is quite good and with a squeeze of lemon - ooh party on the palate.

β β β β β First time went for mother's day lunch. Ordered beer which was not even cold and glasses were dirty asked for clean ones. I ordered hot as in spicy foods and my husband ordered medium but his food was very very hot. We left without saying goodbye. We have been to Aroy in Sylvia Park atleast 15 times with great staff and amazing food always getting chilled beer's with cold glasses. Going back to Sylvia Park without question

β β β β β Had dinner on a Friday night. Potions are big doing some justice for the price we pay. However, the taste is very average. Only few shrimps and wontons were in the first dish which is a wonton and shrimp soup. More prominent taste there was bok choy, which is not what its name suggest. However, I personally loved their interior design and spacious nature of the restaurant.

β β β β β Went there last Thursday first time, I really did enjoy their food, quick service, friendly staff and good prices. The food is really tasty and filling. Could do with improving the Gluten-free meals, otherwise well worth a try if youβre around the area.
