★ ★ ★ ★ ★ many many years ago! whilst my mother lived at bishopspark, chch, and i was visiting from where i live in australia, i started to do the exercises with mum in the big house. i consequently bought the tape and have for years really enjoyed the exercises and i credit them with my fitness to this day. i have endeavoured to introduce these exercises to so many folk but have not been successful! i do them standing up with a 2kg weight in each hand!! so a very big thank you to all concerned.
