Historic home is beautifully appointed and comfortable.
Room has a microwave, full set of dishes and mini fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 2 nights here for the Elton John concert in Dunedin. Absolutely loved the place. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, jug, tea and coffee, toaster, bar fridge, wine glasses etc. The bathroom was huge and I loved the owners art work around the room (which she has for sale). Kirsten was very helpful in recommending places to eat around Port Chalmers.
The breakfast was yummy and so much of it, very European and healthy :-).
We will certainly stay here again.
