★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer waren zweckmäßig mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Gutes Badezimmer. Frühstück wird im Wintergarten des Vermieters serviert.
Parken ist vor dem Haus möglich. Etwas umständlich zu finden in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Leider waren bei und die Temperaturen nicht sehr hoch, deswegen war es überall sehr kalt. Zum Dinner sind wir in die Stadt gefahren. Etwa 30 Minuten Fahrzeit am Wasser mit dem Auto.
Rooms were functional with a balcony and a beautiful view. Good bathroom. Breakfast is served in the landlord's winter garden.
Parking is possible in front of the house. A little awkward to find on a small side street. Unfortunately at and the temperatures weren't very high, so it was very cold everywhere. We drove into town for dinner. About 30 minutes drive on the water by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were warmly greeted by Ana on arrival and shown to our room which was bathed in sunlight and we immediately felt at home. We chose to stay in Captain Eady's lookout and what views we had it made paying the extra "well worth it". The room and ensuite were scrupulously clean and our breakfasts were magnificent. This location is but a short drive to the Portobello Hotel where a good evening meal is available and if you require something more intimate the 1908 Cafe is just across the road from the hotel. The weather couldn't have been better for cycling which we did a lot of and our two days seemed to fly by. I can assure readers we will be returning to this establishment and suggest if you are visiting Dunedin, NZ. book Captain Eady's Lookout as it is absolutely unique.
