★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. You walk in and the layout is terrible, there are no signs or anything. You wait in line at the information desk, just so that they can tell you what the next queue to wait in is. The waiting time is horrifying. Their solution today to remedy this seemed to be to lock the doors.
There is so much underutilized space in this building that could be used to cater to the large volume of customers who use this particular bank but it seems like the design is aesthetics vs practicality here.
I hope I never have to come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASB its the worst bank I have ever seen in my life!!! I applied for a credit card online 10 days ago! After 5 days they contacted me and asked me to provide many documents! I send it to them immidiatly, after that they asked me for more documents! I went to their branch in Remuera and gave them all the documents they need! at the end they said we need a paper base proof of address! while they sent my debit card to my address a few days ago!! but they said we cannot accept other banks online bank statement or something like that as a proof of address! we just need paper proof of address!!!! and they rejected my credit card request! So disappointing and unbelievable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with customer service. Never had so many problems to open bank account. If a tax invoice for utility bill does not count as proof of address, and renewal of lease agreement, then I do not know what does...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I tried to replace name on my debit car. It's been 8 months now and o outcome. Each time ASB cancel cards and returns the new card with same name.
No help is available for Paypal account setup.
Customer services team is not well trained

Service was mixed but improved as we went along with the opening of a new account.
