★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use ASB Securities. The customer service is terrible. Trades and money transfers take days, every other broker I have ever used gets these transactions done overnight. Appalling and do not care about their customers or providing a modern functioning service. Would get zero if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used ASB Securities online for many Years. Recently did quite a Few online Share purchases on the ASX , from New Zealand. Very efficient with Emailed Purchase Confirmations and setting up an $ AUD account by Phone, in addition to my $NZ Account already with ASB. I am not sure about charges for Share transactions, although happy with $30 Brokerage on Each Buy. Exchange rate $NZ to $AUD seemed reasonable to me. Approx AUD $89c when on XE Currency Exchange Conversion Website at the same time ,it was around AUD $90c.
I find buying and selling shares online with ASB easy to do and to navigate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always so rude when I call up and ask them for help. They make me feel so belittled when I need some things explained to me or help filling out forms ect.
If you can't be respectful and helpful when customers call up then why even work at a call center!?
Brad from Asb securities needs some better customer service training, he's been so rude to me on so many occasions. ?
