★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 2 months to get an account setup, I rang the other day and its still not activated. This is despite going thru the most onerous old-school provision of hardcopy certified documents to prove identity. Granted, lockdown added a bit to the delay but this is hopeless. Will need to try to find another fund like Simplicity, who are GREAT!

Have found online changes easy and staff excellent to deal with by phone/ email as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Kiwisaver invested with Superlife for a few years as I loved the idea of being able choose my own ETFs to invest my Kiwsaver into. Easy enough to switch around the funds, great customer service team. Only thing I would improve is the website design to make it easier and clearer as well as making it look more modern. Would also love to be able to choose individual stocks rather than just funds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the Products and services offered by Superlife. The kiwisaver is great, good regular communication. You can choose your own ETFs (My mix) amongst the basket of ETFs provided and also change it as needed depending on individual preferences. Only one suggestion: it would be great if they added a ETF that tracks VGT (Technology)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am investing at SuperLife since 2018, you can choose how much per week or per month. I started from $25/week and then gradually increase it overtime. As of now, I am very happy with my investment returns, even we got hit by pandemic, my net investment returns is over 14% in the last 12 months. Not bad at all.
I also open an account for my 10 years old daughter and starts her KiwiSaver. Her KiwiSaver have a net investment return of over 5% in 12 months time. It is still good.
You can track all your transactions online and I can easily change my future investment strategy or add more contributions. Everything are done online.
